Rewriting the rule book on football club ownership
FC100000 ownership is on a not-for-profit basis, so our motives are different to traditional football club investors. We aim to:
- support the current owners both financially and with expertise
- give existing fans and members influence, access and transparency
- fund the club monthly and not take money out
- implement changes that football fans have long wished for

We’ll take a different approach to traditional football club ownership
Doing a smarter deal
The football club we buy is likely to be in financial trouble. FC100000 will seek to support the current owners while ensuring fans and members can influence the direction of the club. Its existing ownership structure will dictate the type of deal we do, but we could, for example, choose to implement a version of the German-style 50+1 Rule. This protects the club because it’s majority-owned by its members on a not-for-profit basis.

A club together
At most football clubs it's a case of "them and us" when it comes to the relationship between owners and supporters. FC100000 intends to bridge this divide, by creating an ownership model where everybody has influence, is not motivated by profit, and is pulling in the same direction.
Supercharging our club’s finances
Our club will enjoy a significant financial advantage over other teams in the league. The monthly cash injection from FC100000 members can help the club retain and attract better players, make stadium improvements, and help fund community initiatives. In addition, ticket sales, shirt sales and commercial deals will be boosted due an increased supporter base.

FC100000 will do football differently
Members will influence the Board when it comes to key aspects of the club, including ticket pricing, stadium improvements, retaining or selling players, and whether to award the manager with a new contract. But we can have some fun too: let’s guarantee the cheapest beer in the league for starters.
